As a consultant to banks throughout the US, Canada, UK and Europe, he has assisted clients in gaining the commitment of managers and professionals to the organization’s strategy. Charles Atthill

Charles Atthill is an organizational development professional with over 30 years in the banking industry in the UK and the US, including 22 years with Bank of America.  Charles has played a key role in change programs in large corporate, middle market and private banking, sales, customer service and leadership, and has extensive experience in relationship management, sales and sales management, product knowledge, management and personal skills development.  Charles has developed and implemented management, sales and marketing meetings and seminars, including large-scale conferences, as well as programs on bank governance, compliance, regulatory oversight, bank secrecy and anti-money laundering for a US state bank association.  In his work with Strategic Performance Partners' bank clients in the US and UK, Charles has led several diagnostic assessments, as well as strategy and implementation planning programs.
